Cary, NC, USA—Strathmore Business School is teaming up with the Balanced Scorecard Institute (BSI)

of USA to develop Kenyan based training for a  new approach to strategic management.  BSI is an international training and consulting company to government, nonprofit and commercial organizations in 16 countries.

Programs include balanced scorecard development, performance management and measurement, strategic thinking and planning, communications and change management, and process improvement. The Balanced Scorecard concept was developed in the early 1990’s in Harvard Business Review by Robert Kaplan and David Norton. BSI will train SBS faculty to be Balanced Scorecard Designated Practitioners. SBS will help BSI develop its African practice.
