Through the partnership Strathmore’s School of Accountancy (SOA) provides intense ACCA tuition and revision sessions Dar es Salaam. The sessions are held monthly and range from three to ten days. Each session is run by four lecturers. The sessions have become very popular among students in Dar es Salaam, most of who are working. According to ACCA, Strathmore’s training program is leading to a marked increase in ACCA Examination pass rates in Dar es Salaam since the inception of the program.

The last session was attended by almost 50 students who were taught by Geoffrey Injeni,Susan Kibe, Muthoni Ng’ang’a and Mercy Omuyoma. Two more sessions will be held before the ACCA Examinations sitting in June. One will be in April and the other towards the end of May. SOA is working on similar partnerships in other regions in Rwanda and Sudan.
